tips + love life + score

oke want to share some random stories with you my readers

first i want to share about my lovely boy named Bimo.
ya he's sooo cute. he love to talk about my ex it's not important right ? ya he said "who's the man who wearing that red bag ?" ya it's my ex. and "let's find handsome boy" i thought "what the ?" ya so always like that. then i said "are you gay ? why are you always talking bout other boy ?" and he was like -____-" ahah so funny. and then when is asked something to him and he said idk forget and i said "my boy is at my side" and he was like shy, haha

and i want to tell you bout my MIDTEST SCORE !
so this is my fckng damn bad score. not too pretty bad i think

computer : 87
math : 63(wht the fck?)-_-"
indonesian : 91,11
english : 91 (high-est score at my class, yes so proud !)

idk else. i wish i get high score yeah. bytheway my boy is really smart not like me. yea he got 90 at math. what the ? and i was like "damn why are you so smart bim " ofcourse he's smart he want to be a doctor, so he must to be the smart-est boy at my school


oke so i want to give you some healthy tips
so for you girls up there. i got some tips for loss your weight.

the first is intention, hello ? if you not intention that ! you can't do that trust me

second work out ! it's sooo important. at least 4 times a week or 2 times a week ! remember if you doesn't eat for 3 days. it's not working. and your muscle will limp. and you will get a disease called ulcer(maag) oke ? so work out is the very important thing ! once time ya about when i was in 7th grade. i work out almost everyday. twice a day infact. can you believe it ? ya if youd doesn't take fitness class like me, you can do that at your home. you can do skipping running tread mill or something that burn your saturated fat. you can up and down your stair, infact it can tighten your calf.

third
is control your food babe. if you work out so hard but you don't control your food is like you have keyboard without have the computer. mean USELESS. ya at least you eat twice a day. breakfast and lunch. no more snack no more eating above 7 p.m . if you really hungry above 7 p.m just eat apple or fruit or salad or sup or vegetables . eat more fiber do not eat a lot of meat!

oke trust me. i already do that and in just 1 months i already lose 6 kgs ! amazing right ? or even if you work harder than me maybe you'll loss 8 kgs per each month. how happy is it ?
